Service Description

Personal training can give you the boost and motivation you need if you are starting something new, want to shake up your routine, need some guidance or just some extra support to help reach your targets. We'll work together to provide you with fresh ideas to maximise your results. Your personal trainer will guide you through a tailored 1-hour exercise programme to meet your specific needs and help you achieve your goals.

Cancellation Policy

CLASSES You must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your class, cancellations after this period will still be charged. Classes require a minimum of 4 participants to run. Should your class be cancelled, you will be given a class credit to use towards another class. KIDS CLUBS & CAMPS You may change your booking up to 14 days before the start of the club/camp. After this period, as we need to organise staffing, no refunds or changes may be made. If your child cannot attend, you can transfer your place to another suitable child however, all payment transfers and notifications to ourselves are your responsibility.
