Bounce Fitness is an easy to follow, fun workout using a mini trampoline (or rebounder). You'll improve your cardio fitness, balance, co-ordination and core strength . Rebounding is more effective for fitness and weight loss than running, jogging and cycling. Plus it doesn’t impact your joints, improves your core stability (including your pelvic floor) and burns more calories. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. You can work at an intensity level that suits you. You don't have to include any big bounces until you feel confident. Our trampolines also have handles for additional support. You just need comfortable clothes, water and a towel. Shoes or no shoes? It's up to you. I have bounce socks you can purchase for £2 on the day. Children aged 11-16 can attend if accompanied by an adult.
